DISABILITY SWIMMING DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
(Based in Swansea)

Swim Wales is the National Governing Body for Swimming in Wales

Applications are invited for the post of A Disability Swimming Development Officer

The post is based in Swansea with the successful person being part of the current High Performance Team based at the Wales National Pool.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing Welsh structures and systems that will identify and support talented disabled swimmers to underpin the British Disability Swimming WC Pathway and you will also be working with swimmers and coaches involved in the Swim Wales Senior Elite, National Academy and Regional Disability Swimming Programmes.

Successful candidates must have a recognised National or International coaching qualification and proven experience at Paralympic and / or World levels.
