BIOGRAPHY
Named the inaugrual FDSW Young Athlete of the Year in 2003 along with the BBC Sports Carwyn James Junior Sportswoman of the Year.
Has now settled into University life in Montreal, Canada, where she trains alongside the Canadian Paralympic Team.
She competed for Team Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in March 2006 where she was 4th in the 100m Freestyle, whilst setting a new British Record. She also set a new British Record in the 50m Freestyle final finishing 8th.
Finished 2006 at the World Championships, where she returned home with a Bronze medal in the 100m Butterfly.
