UK Powerlfiting Championships 2010
Disability Sport Wales, in conjunction with BWLA (British Weighlifters Assoc.) and BWAD (British Weightlifting Assoc. for the Disabled) are hosting the 2010 UK Powerlifting Championships at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Sohphia Gardens, Cardiff. This Saturday (23rd January 2010) will see the best of the British lifters battle it out.
Free entry with the competition start at 11.00am.
