Years Involved in Swimming: Jack started swimming lessons at the age of 3 years and 10 months and has been in club swimming for 5 years. Jacks 1st disability gala was in Pencoed on November 17th 2002 when he was 7 years old.
Inspiration: His coach, Kelvin Jones
What do you hope to achieve in your sporting career?: Jack would like to break a few S14 World Records and compete in a World Class competition.
Hobbies and Interests: Jack loves to swim and keeps fit. He also enjoys watching Welsh International Rugby and the Ospreys.
